This Privacy Policy explains how LocksLab we our or the App manages and protects your information when you use our AI hairstyle experimentation app the App. All information is processed locally and only retained on the user’s local device. All data will be completely deleted when the user actively removes relevant content, and the App does not obtain or retain any facial data in any form. By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this policy.
LocksLab is designed to let you explore trendy hairstyles, colors, and looks by applying them to your own photos without the need for account registration or login. We prioritize your privacy and have implemented comprehensive protection measures to ensure that your personal information and facial related biometric data are fully protected at all times. All processing behaviors run locally on user devices with no external data transmission.
First and foremost, LocksLab does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal identification information such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, or location to use the App. The App retains no account related data of any kind, and all core functions can be used normally without user account registration and login operations.
Additionally, we do not retain any facial images, photos containing human faces, or biometric data generated from image content. When you upload a photo to the App to try on different hairstyles, all photo processing operations are completed locally on your iOS device. All image processing and hairstyle effect rendering work is completed in real time on your local device. No content will be reserved by the App after use. All temporary processing content will be automatically cleared when you close the editing session or exit the App, and all local data is fully controlled by the user.
All core functionalities of LocksLab operate locally on your iOS device. When you upload a photo, the App uses on-device AI technology to analyze the photo solely for the purpose of accurately applying hairstyle effects and generating styled previews. All processing actions only occur locally on your device during your use of the photo editing function. The App has no access rights to your uploaded photos, processed images and editing generated content.
Temporary data generated during the on-device processing is stored only in your device’s volatile memory ram and is completely erased once you leave the photo editing page, close the App, or restart your device. No permanent storage of temporary processing data will be formed on your device. All processing content only exists during the active use period and will be fully cleared after use.
LocksLab does not access or connect to any external third party functional services. The App operates independently with no external service access modules. We never transfer any user generated content or usage related information to any external parties in any form.
We do not adopt any usage tracking tools to record user operation habits and usage behaviors. All operations and content creation behaviors in the App are completely private and will not be recorded or tracked in any way.
To use the photo upload feature, LocksLab may request permission to access your iOS device’s photo library. This permission is solely for you to select local photos for in App hairstyle effect experimentation. We only process the photos you actively select and import, and no other photo content in your device library will be involved or accessed. You can adjust and revoke this permission at any time through your device settings. Permission adjustment operations will not generate or retain any residual user data.
LocksLab does not apply for or require any other device permissions including camera access, microphone access, location access, contact access and other personal data authority permissions.
The App does not retain any personal data, photo content or facial biometric information. There is no risk of data leakage, loss or improper use caused by the App. The full local processing mode enables users to take full control of all photo and editing content at all times. We continuously optimize and update the App’s security capabilities in accordance with mainstream industry security standards to stabilize the security of the local processing environment.
LocksLab is suitable for users of all age groups. The App has no way to obtain any user information including information of minor users. Since the App does not support account registration, personal data input and photo storage functions, there is no channel to obtain user age information and other user related data. Guardians can use the App with confidence as no personal information will be retained during use.
We may update this Privacy Policy irregularly to adapt to App function iterations and mature privacy protection norms. All updated contents will be displayed through in App notifications and take effect immediately after release. All updated rules will always adhere to the core principle of local data processing and user privacy protection, and no additional data retention behaviors will be added without clear notification.
